“ADY Express” introduced a new service for its clients
ADY Express, which is one of the leaders in the field of rail freight forwarding in Azerbaijan, introduced a new service product for its customers – namely a tracking of freight.
This comes as yet another step by the company in its drive of applying a series of e-services in its business. This last e-service application above all aims at creating a comfort for customers. The newly created e-service allows a client to gain an opportunity to track a freight movement within 24 hours, or along an entire duration of the transportation route, as well as choose a single-use tracking. By using this e-service, a client of ADY Express can obtain a realtime fast-track information about the whereabouts of a freight movements across a given country, or a town, or a railway infrastructure points. A diverse set of tools allows a customer to choose the mode of tracking the movement of goods particularly tailored for an individual preference.
In so doing, ADY Express stood out as the pioneer in introducing this type of an e-service in Azerbaijan and thus, created an enabling environment to apply such an innovation towards a more efficient arrangement of export-import, as well as transit freight transactions.
