Polypropylene is exported to Russia and Kazakhstan
ADY Express LLC, a subsidiary of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, exports polypropylene/ polyethylene products produced by SOCAR Polymer LLC to Russia and Kazakhstan.
Covered wagons provided by ADY Express are loaded at Sumgayit station and sent. Having covered a distance of 2363 km, 1140 tons of polypropylene/ polyethylene products in 18 wagons have been delivered to Noginsk station. By the end of March, another 2460 tons of polypropylene/ polyethylene products will be loaded into 39 wagons and sent to Noginsk station. By the end of this month, the same cargo will be transported to Kazakhstan. 800 tons of polypropylene/ polyethylene products in 15 wagons sent to the Atyrau station in Kazakhstan. It should be noted that the route of cargo transportation to Kazakhstan passes through Russia. For cargo transportation along the route Sumgayit-Yalama-Atyrau, it should to cover a distance of 1202 kilometers. Transportation along the route is provided by ADY Express.
It is planned to continue the transportation of such goods.
