“ADY Express” participated in the international conference
On September 15-16, 2021, the international conference “Argus Mineral Fertilizers 2021. Markets of the CIS, Caspian and Black Sea countries” was held in Batumi. The conference was attended by representatives of the “ADY Express” company.
This event brought together a wide international audience: key manufacturers, trade and transport companies, specialized government agencies, shippers, exporters and representatives of the financial sector. For the first time in a long time, representatives of various companies had the opportunity to personally communicate and meet with existing and new suppliers of fertilizers, resolve commercial issues with business partners from different countries.
Within the framework of the program, discussions were held on various topics, such as: trends in the international fertilizer market, Urea market in the Caspian, Black and Mediterranean Seas, Central Asian and Caspian markets, Key sales markets for fertilizer producers from Central Asia. It was noted that the mineral fertilizers market maintains its stable growth amid crisis and cataclysms. Manufacturers from the countries of the region continue to commission new production facilities. The increase in the volume of commercial products entails the need to increase the capacity of the entire transport infrastructure in the Caspian region and on the Black Sea coast: new cars, loading stations and transshipment complexes.
Within the framework of discussions, meetings and business negotiations, representatives of the ADY Express company informed the partners about the possibilities of transporting mineral fertilizers by railways of Azerbaijan along the Asia-Europe route, and also held detailed negotiations on the transportation of these types of goods through the territory of Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that representatives of more than 150 companies from more than 20 countries, regions of the Caspian and Black Seas, CIS countries and Europe took part in the conference.
It should be reminded, that the first Argus fertilizer event in the Caspian-Black Sea region was held in March 2019 in Baku. The conference coincided with the launch of the urea plant in our country.
