The procedure for the selection of candidates:
Checking CV and applications
HR department of the Company review all incoming applications and CVs in a short time and contact candidates whose profiles have successfully passed the test phase.
Logical reasoning test
At this stage, the candidate is invited to the logic test and basic mathematical knowledge (15 questions, 30 minutes). Those who successfully pass the test are invited for an interview.
The interview is conducted in 2-3 stages. The date and time of each one is agreed in advance with the candidate by phone or e-mail.
The first interview is conducted by HR department. At this stage, the main goal is to get to know the candidate better, obtain detailed information about his education and work experience. During this meeting, you can also get detailed information about the company «ADY Express», the proposed vacancy, learn about the benefits provided by our Company, etc.
The second interview will be held with the head of the relevant department. The purpose of this step – to bring out your knowledge and experience in the relevant field. Written assignments or tests may be offered if needed.
The final interview is conducted by the director of the company. This is the final stage at which a decision is made to appoint one of the candidates for the vacant position.
Approved candidates are informed about the results of passing stages and get all relevant information
(date of admission, salary, provided benefits, etc.) by phone or email.
